By purchasing any rank, item, or service from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Virtual Items & Ranks
All items and ranks sold on this store are digital virtual goods. They hold no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Ranks and perks are tied to the account username provided during checkout.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Since the items are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. If you are banned from the server for breaking the rules, you will not be entitled to a refund.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
Attempting to open a dispute or chargeback via PayPal or your credit card provider will result in a permanent and automatic ban from our server and potentially all other Tebex-powered stores. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact our support team first.
4. Server Rules
Purchasing a rank does not exempt you from the server rules. All players, regardless of their rank, are expected to follow the community guidelines. Failure to do so may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account without a refund.
5. Privacy
Your personal information (such as email and name) is used solely for processing your order and will never be shared with third parties, except as required by our payment processors (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
6. Changes to Services
The server administration reserves the right to change, modify, or remove perks associated with a rank if it is deemed necessary for server balance or technical updates.
